Job Description

As a Customer Solutions Architect at Nokia, you will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique needs and translating them into tailored end-to-end solutions using our comprehensive portfolio and third-party products. You’ll work within a dynamic team that includes technical experts and business strategists, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the customer's CTO and Chief Architect. The work environment is collaborative and innovative, fostering creative discussions to solve complex challenges while influencing strategic decisions that shape technology adoption. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth, you'll actively engage in large, complex solution-selling cases, driving initiatives that impact both immediate project success and long-term relationship building. Your expertise will help navigate and design high-level architectures that deliver significant value and efficiency for our clients.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Develop tailored architecture and high-level solution designs that address specific customer requirements.
  • Engage with customers' CTO/Chief Architect teams to guide strategic technology decisions and explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on complex customer solution cases, ensuring alignment with market positioning and customer expectations.
  • Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable requirements and ensure integrity through rigorous adherence to solution architecture standards.
  • Conduct thorough research and evaluation to design effective solutions across various specialized domains.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, client-specific solutions while managing day-to-day resource allocation and project issues.
  • Influence strategic direction within the organization by developing best practices and setting professional standards in architecture.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert, providing guidance and insight both regionally and globally, fostering collaboration across organizational units.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and design.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, including integration methodologies.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and Chief Architects.
  • Expertise in applying architecture standards and maintaining solution integrity.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with third-party product integration into solution frameworks.
  • Advanced degree in a technical discipline or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems with innovative approaches.
  • Cross-cultural communication experience and a global mindset.
