Curriculum Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and update school curricula in alignment with national and international standards.
• Coordinate with subject leaders and teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching practices to ensure adherence to curriculum objectives.
• Provide training, guidance, and professional development to teaching staff.
• Analyze assessment data to improve learning outcomes and curriculum effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in curriculum supervision or educational leadership.
• Strong background in American and British curricula, including SAT and IGCSE programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
