Job Description

Part of the key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all crewing-related administrative documentation and records.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate entry of financial and personnel data into the MOMS operating system, particularly within the Finance module.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the onboarding, deployment, and offboarding processes of crew members by supporting visa, travel, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor crew schedules, assignments, and contract statuses, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and project needs.
  • Support monthly payroll processing through accurate system input and crew activity tracking.
  • Generate regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders as required.
  • Adhere to company policies, client regulations, and maritime labor laws related to crewing operations.
