The Creator Partnerships team is focused on fostering a vibrant community of creators across the MENA region. We support creators by educating them on best practices, connecting them with opportunities, and providing resources to help them thrive on our platform. Our Snap School program plays a key role in creator education, onboarding both new and established creators with valuable tools and insights.
We’re looking for a passionate and Creative Creator, Education Senior Specialist to join our team. This role will support the local Creator Partnerships Managers in MENA, focusing on scaling and enhancing the Snap School program. The ideal candidate will also assist in broader MENA-based initiatives, helping drive creator growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Snap School Program Support: Scale and enhance the Snap School program to ensure both new and established creators have access to educational resources that drive success on the platform.
- Creator Education and Onboarding: Develop educational materials, sessions, and workshops to guide creators on platform best practices, trends, and opportunities.
- Program Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive program delivery across markets.
- Regional Initiative Support: Assist the Head of Creator Partnerships EMEA in executing EMEA-specific initiatives, events, and campaigns that strengthen creator partnerships.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze data on creator engagement and program outcomes, providing recommendations to improve the Snap School program and other regional initiatives.
- Representation of Snap Values: Act as an ambassador of Snap’s values by fostering kindness, creativity, and integrity in every creator interaction.
- Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role, ideally within tech or talent management, with proven experience in developing and scaling educational or community programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Data-driven with experience in using insights to optimize programs.
- Mindset: A team player with a positive, solution-seeking attitude. Must embody Snap’s values, showing kindness, intelligence, and creativity in all interactions.
- Preferred Background: Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent, especially within a tech or social media company.
