Key Responsibilities – Creative Director, Brand Leadership & Campaign Strategy

• Creative Direction: Develop, communicate, and champion a cohesive creative strategy for all Niceone platforms, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across web, mobile, retail, and social.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, photographers, content creators, and digital artists toward high-impact creative outputs.
• Campaign Oversight: Lead ideation, concept development, and execution of integrated marketing, branding, and product launch campaigns that drive awareness and growth.
• Brand Identity: Shape and refine Niceone’s visual voice, ensuring all creative assets align with brand guidelines and values.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, e-commerce, and executive teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative solutions across channels.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee creative review processes, safeguarding delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry and creative trends, technological advancements, and consumer expectations within the Saudi and global retail landscape.

Essential Skills And Qualifications – Creative Director, Digital Brand

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related creative field.
• Experience: At least 7 years of proven creative experience, with 3 years in a leadership or senior creative management role (preferably in retail, media, digital marketing, or e-commerce).
• Portfolio: Portfolio or body of work demonstrating multi-channel creative campaigns, brand development, and standout visual storytelling.
