We are seeking a highly skilled CP4I Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support integration solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) components. This role requires deep technical expertise in IBM integration tools such as App Connect Enterprise (ACE), API Connect, MQ, and Event Streams, along with experience deploying on container platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions leveraging IBM CP4I components (ACE, API Connect, MQ, Event Streams, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy APIs and integration flows on Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
  • Monitor and maintain integration solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance policies.
  • Optimize integration architectures and workflows for improved performance and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration flows and APIs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration development, with a strong focus on IBM integration technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
  • IBM API Connect
  • IBM MQ
  • IBM Event Streams
  • Proven expertise in containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with API security standards such as OAuth, JWT, and TLS.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • IBM certifications in CP4I components.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
