Job Description

Parsons is looking for a highly talented Cost Control Engineer to join our Qiddiya Delivery Partner team! In this role you will get to work as part of our SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP), supporting our Finance and Invoicing work within the Operations Management team. You will support our senior managers at every stage of this mega project delivery of infrastructure and logistics management across the entire city wide development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the preparation and issuance of invoices
• Support with the management of monthly timesheets.
• Support the Program Cost Control function with its related reportings.
  
  
  

Preferred Educational Background

• Degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent)
• At least 10 years of related experience in contracts management.
  
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to follow through and to clearly deliver against work instructions in a complex multi-party environment.
• Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of contracts management in complex environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong organization and follow through abilities.
