About Tamara's Builders Program - Graduate Track

Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.

You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.

Your role

As part of the Strategy & Corporate Development team, you’ll help shape Tamara’s growth trajectory by supporting strategic initiatives, market expansion, and investment opportunities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate new markets, partnerships, and long-term growth plans while gaining exposure to high-impact decision-making at the leadership level.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development of Tamara’s strategic roadmap and key growth initiatives
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic planning
• Assist with financial modelling, business case development, and investment evaluations
• Help prepare materials for executive-level presentations and board meetings
• Monitor fintech trends, macroeconomic insights, and regional opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Commercial, and People teams
  
  

Your expertise

Experience

• Recent graduate or in final semester of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Internships or experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or high-growth startups is a plus
  
  

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent research and data synthesis skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling is a bonus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and cross-functional teams
