Corporate Social Responsibility Programs Specialist

Location: Remotely, with some visits to the client's site in Riyadh upon demand.

Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

The CSR Programs Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring corporate social responsibility initiatives to align with the organizations values and objectives. This role involves providing the necessary support for CSR programs, preparing specialized reports, and fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the success and impact of CSR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor corporate social responsibility programs to meet organizational goals.
• Provide necessary support and resources for the successful execution of CSR initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on CSR activities, outcomes, and key metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, institutions, and external entities to promote CSR initiatives.
• Promote awareness and engagement around CSR programs within the organization and the broader community.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives and recommend improvements to maximize social impact.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field.
