Corporate Performance Management Director

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for executing Specialized’s corporate performance management framework by translating strategic objectives

into measurable KPIs, monitoring business performance, and generating insights to support decision-making.

He/She manages scorecard cascading, dashboard development, and performance review cycles in alignment with sector plans and executive

direction. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

Core Responsibilities

• Implements the corporate performance management framework in alignment with stc Group guidelines to monitor financial, operational, and strategic KPIs.
• Develops and maintains an integrated performance ecosystem that supports cross-sector value creation and achievement of organizational goals.
• Derives measurable KPIs from corporate strategy, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational business plans.
• Builds value creation models in coordination with the Finance sector to simulate profitability and assess product/service performance scenarios.
• Cascades executive-level scorecards into actionable KPIs across all departments to reinforce accountability and performance ownership.
• Collaborates with N-2 leaders to define and validate KPIs that align directly with organizational scorecard priorities.
• Designs dashboards and visualization tools to track business unit performance and provide real-time insights.
• Prepares annual performance calculations and consolidated reports for Specialized’s sectors to support executive-level review and decision-making.
• Establishes a centralized performance reporting structure to enable timely, standardized reporting across all business units.
• Conducts periodic performance reviews with functional heads to evaluate progress, identify strategic drift, and recommend adjustments.
• Facilitates company-wide performance review cycles, identifying key gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyzes diverse performance data sets to generate executive insights that inform corporate decision-making.
• Presents structured performance results to Specialized leadership and proposes corrective actions where necessary.
• Monitors execution of agreed corrective actions in collaboration with business owners to ensure full resolution of gaps.
• Provides customer and segment-level performance insights to the Commercial sector to improve salesforce efficiency.
• Supports the design and implementation of commission models with HR and Finance to align incentives with business target
