Corporate Governance Director

We're urgently looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to join one of our clients on a full-time, short-term engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high-impact governance function within a dynamic and growing organization.

• Develop and update corporate governance policies and frameworks
• Draft SOPs, policies, and operational manuals
• Review and enhance Delegation of Authority (DoA) structures
• Design governance frameworks for subsidiaries and investment processes
• Support the setup of governance committees and charters
• Contribute to training and awareness initiatives across the business
  
  

• 7-12 years of experience in governance, policy development, or operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Companies Law and local governance practices
• Experience drafting governance documents (SOPs, policies, manuals)
• Background in sports, entertainment, or PIF-related projects is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus)
• Highly organized with strong documentation skills

Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Contract Type: Daily rate - only pay for days worked
