Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our operational excellence. This position involves assisting team leaders and departments in their daily activities, ensuring that tasks and projects are managed efficiently. As a Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of our innovative projects and help foster a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Archiving and updating all Marketing/Brand contracts, files and invoicing
• Archiving strategy/development documentations for core assets
• Supporting the marketing procurement team in preparing the needed files for any tender process
• Coordinating schedules, minutes of meetings, follow-ups with leads for projects, and compiling all updates in weekly tracking sheets
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a coordinative or administrative role
• Well-versed in marketing and branding deliverables, with a clear understanding of production requirements and brand consistency
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage, label, and archive files accurately for easy retrieval
• Bilingual: fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) with strong communication skills in both languages
