We are seeking a Conversion Optimization Lead to maximize the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and website experiences. You will analyze user behavior, run experiments, and implement strategies that increase conversions and drive measurable business results.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid channels.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve user experience, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and analytics data to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to implement data-driven changes.
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and user engagement, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain CRO best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools.
- Report on campaign performance and optimization results to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or digital marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, UX principles, and user behavior.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with heatmaps, session recordings, and user testing tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization, and multichannel campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development to implement optimizations.
