We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ocean Contract Manager to support our commercial strategy across the Saudi Arabia Area(SAA) (incl Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Yemen, Iraq). This role is central to managing our Ocean product offering and driving performance across key customer portfolios.
As Ocean Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the contracting portfolio for a defined set of SAA customers. This includes leading tender negotiations, developing rate strategies, managing allocations, and ensuring optimal performance across export, import and cross trade flows.
You will work closely with Area Sales and regional Ocean teams to align on commercial priorities and drive improvements in contract execution and product performance. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and transformation initiatives.

- Support budget performance and contribute to commercial planning and forecasting.
- Participate in product lifecycle activities including market research, strategy development, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of ocean freight and commercial processes.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and performance management.
- Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
