INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Contract Growth & Optimization Lead to drive the effective deployment, optimization, and growth of a high-value, multi-disciplinary contract. The role involves cross-functional coordination to ensure maximum utilization of contract positions, proactive stakeholder engagement, timely backfilling of roles, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Contract Optimization & Resource Planning
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure maximum utilization of all positions outlined in the contract.
- Monitor contract performance metrics, utilization rates, and manpower deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Upselling
- Build strong relationships with client counterparts to understand evolving requirements.
- Identify potential for scope expansion, new role introductions, and cross-sell opportunities based on emerging client needs.
- Serve as a single point of contact for contract-related escalations and client communications.
- Resource Onboarding & Backfilling
- Ensure timely onboarding of new hires against open positions in coordination with HR and recruitment.
- Maintain a rolling pipeline of talent and proactively plan for backfilling of roles to avoid service disruptions.
- Track end dates, contract renewals, and facilitate seamless transition or extension processes.
- Reporting & Governance
- Maintain detailed trackers of filled, vacant, and pipeline positions.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal leadership
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess alignment with SLAs and project objectives.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure all mobilized resources meet client-specific compliance, onboarding, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with GRO/logistics/HR to resolve mobilization bottlenecks.
- Standardize operational processes and documentation to reduce inefficiencies.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, project operations, or business coordination roles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale contracts with multiple resource categories.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Familiarity with technical domains such as IT, digital transformation, or industrial automation is a strong plus.
- Understanding of KSA labor laws, visa/GRO processes, and client onboarding procedures.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive action.
- Experience working with Aramco, SABIC, or other major KSA clients is a bonus.
