The Contract Administrator will be responsible for reviewing contractual documents, preparing for team meetings to discuss ongoing claims and compliance issues, analyzing incoming claims from subcontractors, coordinating with the legal team, and drafting crucial contractual letters, while also providing regular updates to the Project Site Manager on progress and coordinating priorities for the following day.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead all aspects of the administration of all project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while maintaining accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Receive, review, and process claims from consortium partners, preparing and submitting claims in a timely manner while maintaining claims register to track their status.
- Serve as the main contact for all contractual matters, assisting Project Managers with communication to consortium partners, sub-suppliers, and subcontractors, while promoting effective collaboration among all collaborators.
- Identify potential contractual risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor/report on these risks to the Project Site Manager, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Log activities from consortium partners through daily and weekly reports, prepare comprehensive documentation of all contractual activities, and generate regular reports on contract status and claims.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, collaborating closely with legal counsel as vital to address contractual disputes and staying informed of changes that may impact obligations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the power plant or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions, claims management, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and social skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working on large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, knowledge of local laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, and certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager - CPCM)
