Your role:

Migration Phase:

  • Reviewing existing contracts / quotations from the system, properly linking it with assets sold / seeded at customer site and create a unique contract to be migrated in P58.
  • Data Cleansing for existing installed base, contract / quotation repository and open Sales Order etc.
  • Active participation in ITC and UAT for the existing contract admin and related task with full ownership.
  • Identification and resolution of key concerns arising out of ITC and UAT testing with Local Development Team (LDT) members.

Post Go-Live Phase:

  • Contract structuring with predefined steps under IFRS 15 after ensuring that the business deal is fully understood, and all performance obligations are captured
  • Daily contract management requests i.e. contract reviewing support, clarification process, contract amendments, billing plans creation and execution with maintenance of complete contract databases.
  • Follow up on customer obligations, making sure that the information is correctly reflected on the system.
  • Review of customer queries relating to the customer contract and alignment with management on how to manage/proceed.
  • Assistance with contract renewals, cancellations and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information critically.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with a strong affinity for data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills (speaking and comprehension) are a must.
  • Previous experience in contract management is a must.
  • A background in the healthcare field, with a strong focus on In-Vitro diagnostics, is essential.
