Job description:
DAR is seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator with 10+ years of expertise in engineering and consultancy projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in contract drafting, review, and administration, with strong knowledge of:
Saudi Government procurement regulations
Labor and commercial law
International standards (FIDIC, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full contract lifecycle – from tender preparation, bid evaluation, and negotiations to execution.
- Handle claims, variations, and disputes while ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Liaise effectively with government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Mitigate risks and safeguard organizational interests at every stage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration within engineering/consultancy projects.
- Strong knowledge of KSA procurement laws, and commercial regulations.
- Familiarity with international contract standards (FIDIC).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and risk management skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) proficiency is required.
