Salasa is seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing to drive our content strategy, enhance brand awareness, and generate engaging content that supports our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of digital marketing trends, and the ability to create high-quality content across multiple platforms and channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with Salasa’s brand positioning and business goals.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Manage and optimize content for SEO to enhance organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Oversee content distribution and amplification through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations, to create content that supports marketing campaigns and enhances customer engagement.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
  • Work with external agencies, designers, freelancers, and content creators as needed to scale content production.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics or others.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content distribution strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
