- Supports quality and validity of valuation analyses through economic and industry research, as well as financial analysis, engineering analysis, industry research, market condition research, and comparable transactions.
- Construct a financial representation of aspects of business and analyze key results

- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related field
- MBA or equivalent, with emphasis on finance/financial planning or investment analysis is a plus
- 2 - 4 years of experience in financial consulting (Financial Advisory/Corporate Finance) or Investment Banking/ Private Equity preferably in Corporate Finance Department with experience in areas such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling and re-structuring, raising debt or equity.
- Willingness to pursue a financial designation (CFA/CBV/CF/CA).
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard worker.
