- Lead risk evaluation initiatives for high-impact projects and emerging technologies. 2- Risk Framework Development
- Contribute to the evolution of Elm’s operational and IT risk management frameworks. 3- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to embed risk practices. 4- Monitoring & Reporting
- Design and deliver executive-level reports on risk trends, controls, and treatments. 5- Regulatory & Audit Alignment
- Ensure Elm’s risk posture complies with national regulations and international standards.
