- IT Infrastructure Deployment and Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and networking hardware.
- Apply patches, updates, and perform routine maintenance to ensure system stability.
- System Performance and Availability
- Monitor infrastructure performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure continuous availability of digital services.
- Infrastructure Security and Compliance
- Implement security protocols to protect infrastructure components.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Data Center and Network Support
- Support data center operations and manage network components.
- Ensure connectivity, redundancy, and scalability across infrastructure layers.
- Technical Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.
- Prepare reports on system status, incidents, and improvement recommendations.
Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a related industry
