Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory and guidance to senior executives and decision-makers in the cultural sector on communications and information strategies to support strategic goals.
• Represent Saudi Arabia in executive councils and committees of international organizations after coordination with the General Directorate of International Organizations and Partnerships.
• Support the nomination of Saudi experts and professionals in communications and information and enhance their presence in international organizations, councils, and committees.
• Assist in the development of digital platforms, cultural information centers, and data-driven initiatives.
Communication Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the vision and objectives of the cultural sector.
• Identify appropriate channels and tools to effectively engage the target audience.
• Measure the impact of communication campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
Crisis Management:
• Develop crisis management plans and ensure rapid response to emergencies affecting the cultural sector.
• Manage media relations and public communications during crises to maintain credibility and transparency.
• Protect and enhance institutional reputation in challenging situations.
Content Management:
• Create diverse and engaging content (articles, reports, social media posts) that reflects the identity of the cultural sector and drives public engagement.
• Manage and update digital platforms and social media channels of cultural organizations.
• Analyze content performance data to improve effectiveness and reach.
Public Relations:
• Establish strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners in the cultural field.
• Organize events and press conferences to strengthen the cultural sector’s presence.
• Manage institutional reputation and promote a positive public image.
Research & Development:
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in communications and digital marketing within the cultural sector.
• Implement new technologies and communication tools to enhance engagement and outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in communications, media, or public relations, preferably within the cultural sector.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage crises.
