Provides input and contributes to the planning and delivery of operational design and improvement engagements, which can be of a specialized nature, including work plans, timelines and project management. May begin to lead pieces of work or projects within engagement team. Takes ownership and delivers a high standard of own work. Actively seeks out work from more senior team members and begins to execute defined activities. Continue to build knowledge of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Persuade and manage one or more Operational Design & Improvement clients’ work stream in an engagement of moderate complexity independently consulting with Manager/Senior Manager as appropriate.
- Assess current client processes, identify gaps and design to-be processes
- Assess and develop policies
- Identify impact and improvements related to organization structure, data and technology.
- Identify potential technology systems and their business requirements required to automate the processes.
- Identify and measure Key Performance Indicators
- Identify, plan and monitor the implementation of improvement projects
- Support the client in rolling out the designed policies and processes.
- Collect, analyze and develop reports.
- Identify and assess pros and cons of possible alternatives and select and develop the most appropriate solution for the client.
- Deliver and present high-quality results on time to the client.
- Keep senior team members informed of significant developments and progress on the engagement.
- This role may involve a significant amount of travel (30%-50%) within KSA and Middle East region.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar role, or minimum 3 years in global consulting firms.
- Experience in operating model design, or business process modeling, or operational improvement and optimization, or enterprise performance management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structural thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels.
- Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong work ethic and must be proactive/self-starter.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and process modeling tools (e.g. Aris, Visio)
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are essential.
