Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager MEP to join our team! In this role you will get to work on one of the fastest growing projects in the Kingdom. In addition to construction supervision, the incumbent is also responsible for field administration, procurement, and field engineering. Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing MEP Contractors performing works on the Oxagon Project.
Responsible for ensuring Works are performed in keeping with approved Safety requirements.
Monitor and report on contract Performance and Progress.
Managing any interface requirements between Contractor, Client and neighboring Contractors.
Reviewing Contract and ensure scope is being fulfilled.
Assess and support commercial team in any variation, instructions, delays and alike
manage a team of engineers, surveyors and alike.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a proven experience of 15+ years
Experience in Mechanical, electrical, Piping Works.
Experience as employed as Construction Manager in past.
Saudi Arabia Experience preferred.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Ability to grow into Project manager Positions.
