Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the region, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects assigned him in the Riyadh region, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage and mentor project staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Architecture Engineering.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , can create Power point presentations for upper management..
