Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently
• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
• Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and issues
• Review and approve all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
