Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Experience of major government and/or semi-government international construction sites with direct professional knowledge and management of the following: site engineering, project controls, environment, health and safety, contracts and procurement and quality.
• A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Experience of implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• Experience of direct oversight of the following functions: engineering, project controls contracts, procurement, health, safety, security & environmental, risk management, financial management, quality assurance and quality control. Experience gained on large projects.
• Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.
• Must have led large CM Section with top international firms an on prestigious projects.
• Record of implementing continuous improvement on site and supporting capacity building / talent development in a construction environment.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 18 years’ experience in large-scale, resorts, infrastructure or city developments projects, leading up to the position of construction manager.
• Demonstrated effective managerial capability on construction projects of comparable scope and complexity is also required.
