Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive construction plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align construction activities with project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, including site preparation, material procurement, and equipment installation.
  • Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols on construction sites.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local and international safety regulations and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the energy and oil & gas sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
