One of JobIn Clients is seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Computer Technician to provide reliable technical assistance, maintain hardware and software, and ensure smooth daily operations. If you’re skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and IT support, we’d love to see your application!
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware
. • Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support to employees and clients, resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document support cases, repairs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and continuous improvement.
Skills- Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer components, such as CPUs, RAM, and hard drives.
- Understanding of network configurations, Wi-Fi setup, IP addressing, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- 1-2 years of experience in computer support or as a technician.
- Familiarity with common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and antivirus tools.
- Excellent communication skills for providing technical support to non-technical users.
