Compound Manager

Job Description:

• Has the ability to achieve the strategic objectives of the company to the fullest.
• Has the ability to adapt to market requirements and supply and demand bases.
• Public relations knowledge with creative ideas and marketing capabilities.
• Ability to manage the work team consisting of PR team, marketing, operation, maintenance, cleaning, security, safety, restaurant, coffee shop ... etc.
• Able to deal with residents of different nationalities in a sophisticated and polite manner.
• Applies security and safety laws for the compound and government requirements.
• Ability to manage and exploit the service facilities in the compound in an optimal manner, as well as management and maintenance.
• Capable of maintaining the overall appearance of the service facilities and its employees in the best possible way.
• Has the appropriate ideas and mechanisms to deal emergency situations as appropriate.
• Has the appropriate ideas and mechanisms to deal with lack of occupancy rates and low incomes an the appropriate way.
• Has the ability to deal with the routine daily work and recurring problems that usually occur between residents of the compound, as well as daily problems between employees or employment, which may exceed 30 employees and workers.
• Has the ability to be the link between the company and residents in an optimal manner.
• Capable of forming a team working as a team that can continuously develop the compound through new and creative ideas.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree.

Experience:
