We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our talented team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our talented team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get knowledge and experience in the bylaws and regulations issued by the Saudi Central Bank.
- Work on the approved policies and procedures for the company's activity.
- Monitor company compliance and its employee’s application regarding the policies and procedures.
- Provide the necessary legal opinions to company departments.
- Review and audit related contracts and forms.
- Review the authorities to deliver and receive letters of endorsement of the assignment.
- Follow up on signing contracts with applicants for funding.
- Carry out the tasks assigned by the direct manager or the executive director.
- Archiving contracts and files (electronic / paper).
- Education background in Law or similar related.
- GBA: Preferably not less than 3.5 \ 5 or 2.5 \ 4.
- Minimum 1 year of experience .
- Strong skills in Communication, Legal and moral integrity, Analytical thinking, and ability and Problem-solving.
- Very Good background in Microsoft Office and drafting contracts.
