Compliance Manager

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Compliance Manager - Saudi National for their Riyadh office.

To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company's ethics and compliance program.
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust the strategy accordingly.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues, mitigate potential risks, and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters, ethical standards, and best practices.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or a similar field within the Pharmaceuticals Industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
