Communication & Projects Lead Job Scope & Responsibilities

Responsible for Project plan & execution, and strategic transformation to ensure the team is implementing and living the HIC in their daily workday. Activities include process development, to ensure simplicity and the results are with high impact.

In addition, the position will be leading all internal and external communication activities to support organization business targets. Activities include the development, implementation and maintaining of communications strategies, plans and programs towards the relevant target groups amongst all our stakeholders and the delivery of the respective tools, media, and content.

As well this role will coordinate and manage activities which are related to facility, office, and business support services. In addition to meeting coordination, preparing presentations and reports. Screens e-mails, maintains diaries and handles confidential matters.

Main job responsibilities -not limited to-:

Ensure cross functional collaboration and alignment to achieve Country objectives

    Ensure operations alignment to comply with SOPs and other relevant company requirements

      Build/simplify/enhance processes where needed to support business agenda

        Handles specific projects, related to affiliate strategic objectives

          Play major role in audits preparation and alignment across departments

            Build robust, interactive cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders; commercial, medical, compliance, finance, legal, and other enabling functions teams to drive partnerships forward

              Monitor with impact the ongoing projects & projects KPIs. Give continuous feedback to the management team

                Establishes a strong relationship with key stakeholders across the organization. Executes communication activities across all channels and optimizes internal and external communication in the best interest of the relevant business stakeholder

                  Designs all types of communication for a variety of media (e.g., brochures, texts, etc.), develops and maintains the organization's graphics standards, techniques, and methods. Develops graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, Web pages)

                    Applies various communication strategies to raise awareness and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services, and brands; Develops and coordinates multimedia packages

                      Coordinates media relations and prepares external communications. Plans, prepares, and relays information concerning the organization to the press and the wider community. Develops and maintains lines of communication with media contacts and other external audience groups

                        Candidate's Profile:

                        The job holder must possess the following knowledge and/or capabilities:

                        • University Degree, related field preferrable
                        • Fluent level of English
                        • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
                        • Ability to travel (If conditions allowed)
                        • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
                        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
                        • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
                        • Pro-activity, self-motivation, ability of inspiring and motivating others.
                        • Resource planning and decision-making abilities.
                        • Creative mind with high adaptation to change.
                        • Business oriented thinking & apparent business acumen.
                        • Team Player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
