Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level carry out specific tasks independently but are subject to close supervision. They research, collect and analyze information, draft reports and documents, participate in specific meetings and develop their own professional expertise. They undertake simple operational activities including preparing and studying simple case files and updating the sectionâs information and data.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to the development of Business Support business plan ensuring alignment with GSTC strategy
- Develop the operational plan for Committees Follow-up in line with Business Support business plan and GSTC strategic plan
- Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Committees Follow-up goals that support GSTC’s overall strategic plans
- Discuss Committees Follow-up budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
- Ensure effective utilization of Committees Follow-up budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
- Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Committees Follow-up and mitigates financial and operational risks
- Ensure support is provided to concerned functions during the development of annual functional and operational plans
- Liaise with Strategy and Development function to seek approval on the consolidated functional, operational and budgetary plans, key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
- Ensure support is provided to internal GSTC functions to facilitate implementation of approved functional and operational plans
- Manage the implementation of cross-organizational activities and initiatives and projects and submit progress update reports to top management
- Support GSTC functions in resolution of risks and challenges and inefficiencies
- Ensure the continuous update of GSTC business processes as per set guidelines in coordination with Strategy and Development function
- Monitor the implementation of key decisions and submit progress reports accordingly to GSTC Secretary General
- Ensure that internal requests are being fulfilled and replied to in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and efficiency of operations
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
- Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
- Develop individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise team and provide regular feedback on performance
- Establish a high-performance working environment and promote ZATCA and GSTC values
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent is required
- Master’s degree in related field is preferred
