Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed commissioning plans and schedules in coordination with project managers and engineering teams.
  • Define commissioning procedures, protocols, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests on systems and equipment.
  • Verify that installations meet design specifications and operational requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for commissioning activities.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test plans, reports, and certification records.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the commissioning process.
  • Work with engineering and construction teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments during the commissioning phase.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commissioning within the engineering and construction sector.
  • Proven experience in commissioning complex systems and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in commissioning software and tools.
