We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis lll to join our culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence.

Working closely with the Chef de Partie and fellow kitchen staff, you will play a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations and contributing to an innovative and efficient kitchen environment. Job Description
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis lll to join our culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and chef's instructions
- Perform mise en place tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and special events
- Contribute ideas for menu development and dish improvements
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Participate in ongoing culinary training and skill development
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, and their proper usage
- Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for recipe calculations and conversions
- Valid food safety certification
- Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking styles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
