Prime location in the heart of Riyadh within the iconic Kingdom Tower, offering 276 spacious rooms, including 39 luxurious suites. The hotel features three exceptional restaurant venues, event facilities covering 7,213 square meters, and a world-class spa and wellness offering, ensuring a vibrant and professional environment for culinary professionals.
Areas of Responsibility: Food & Beverage, Specialty Restaurant (Café Boulud)
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant kitchens, preferably in specialist, fine-dining, French, or European cuisine.
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safe handling of knives and other tools.
Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in preparation and presentation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and culinary trends.
Ability to work under supervision while contributing effectively as part of the team.
Awareness of health and safety standards, hygiene protocols, and kitchen organization.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to assist senior chefs as required.
Basic understanding of English spoken and written for effective communication.
Desirable Qualifications:
Level 1 or 2 Food Safety Certificate
Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant environment.
Previous experience in French/European Cuisine.
