Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the vision of Qiddiya and drive profitability
- Manage all aspects of commercial activities, including project budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and partners to ensure optimal terms
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including project management, finance, and operations, to identify and leverage commercial opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor and report on commercial performance, providing insights to senior management
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the commercial team, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations affecting commercial practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or hospitality sectors
- Strong track record of achieving commercial targets and driving operational excellence
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools
