A Day in the Life
Medtronic Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial operations PM to lead and oversee operations excellence, credit & collection, and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role is critical in managing the full cycle from invoice to cash, streamlining operations, and enhancing strategic alignment with business objectives. As the Commercial operations PM, you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration across teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

A Day in the Life
Medtronic Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial operations PM to lead and oversee operations excellence, credit & collection, and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role is critical in managing the full cycle from invoice to cash, streamlining operations, and enhancing strategic alignment with business objectives. As the Commercial operations PM, you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration across teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the Medtronic Saudi Arabia business, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies. Drive digital transformation and operational innovation.
- Process Optimization: Lead invoice-to-cash operations, ensuring efficient credit management, timely collections, and process improvements.
- Credit & Collection Oversight: Implement effective credit and collection policies to maintain financial health and optimize cash flow.
- Operations Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, risk management, and service quality.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Ensure cost-efficient logistics and end-to-end supply chain optimization, ensuring product availability and service excellence.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards in all operational aspects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring that robust risk management practices are in place. Oversee risk management and crisis response plans.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years of senior management experience in operations, credit & collections, and logistics, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, process optimization, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the operational, regulatory, and financial landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
