Job Description
Coordinate the sales of Oracle Cloud within your territory. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer happiness.
- Grow, develop, inspire and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated, high performing and customer centric cloud sales team
- Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and regular 1:1 feedback
- Build the structures and culture to ensure your team effectively leverages the expertise available in our diverse internal technology sales ecosystem
- Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with senior-level customers and partners
- Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process
