Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Cyber Security & Cloud to lead the design, implementation, and governance of cutting-edge cybersecurity and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001) while driving business growth in cybersecurity and cloud domains. This role involves managing ICT government projects, vendor partnerships, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation:

o Architect and deploy cybersecurity & cloud solutions aligned with business and government requirements.

o Ensure compliance with local regulations (NCA, SAMA, etc.) and global standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

o Implement security frameworks and best practices for cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem environments.

2. Vendor & Compliance Management:

o Manage third-party vendors, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.

o Conduct audits and risk assessments to validate adherence to cybersecurity policies.

o Oversee partner compliance for security and cloud service providers.

3. ICT Government Project Leadership:

o Lead government cybersecurity & cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with national regulations.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

4. Business Growth & Strategy:

o Build and drive business for cybersecurity & cloud services, identifying new opportunities.

o Develop proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies for security & cloud solutions.

o Engage with clients, partners, and regulators to expand market presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 05 + years in cybersecurity & cloud architecture, with experience in government/enterprise projects.

• Expertise in NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and other compliance frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP security, SIEM, IAM, and DevSecOps.

• Strong vendor & stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record in business development for cybersecurity/cloud services.

• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Security are a plus.

• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
