The Opportunity

Clinical Research Strategic Partner:

• Develop and implement medical strategies leveraging Clinical Research development
• Identify opportunities to enhance medical decision-making through data integration and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with POD teams to ensure data insights inform business and clinical strategies
• Act as a key member in driving clinical innovation and research excellence within main ecosystems
• Shape and influence the clinical research strategy to align with business and healthcare ecosystem priorities
• Represent the organization externally with regulatory bodies, academic institutions, healthcare providers, and strategic partners
  
  

Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Advanced Analytics:

• Shape and create strategy for evidence generation capabilities needed and application of RWE to support medical and market access strategies
• Utilize data science tools to interpret large datasets, uncover trends, and derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with data science and informatics teams to implement machine-learning models for patient stratification and treatment optimization
• Ensure RWE strategies are compliant with local regulatory and scientific standards
• Integrate RWE insights into business planning and decision-making
• Clinical Research & Medical Affairs Excellence:
• Build, expand, and maintain strong clinical research capabilities across the country
• Lead initiatives to identify, train, and develop clinical research sites and investigators
• Foster partnerships with academic institutions, hospitals, and research networks to enhance clinical trial readiness
• Lead the transformation of medical affairs through digital innovation and data-driven methodologies
• Provide medical expertise in designing and interpreting clinical trials, post-marketing studies, and observational research
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the use of data-driven medical strategies
  
  

Who you are:

• A bachelor degree in relevant fields, including pharmacy, Medical or Science. An advanced (master’s) degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in government, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Has previous experience with Diagnostic
• Good understanding of the healthcare environment.
• Business acumen to understand broader implications of PS programs
• Experience of managing external vendors
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize with minimal guidance
• Attention to details.
• Strong understanding of compliance principles,SOP creation and adherence
• Fluent in English communication
