Play a key role in driving forward the firm's strategic plan in Saudi Arabia
Work closely with regional partners on client development and growth
This is a great opportunity to lead on strategy and implementation of growth plans for a major international law firm's offices in Saudi Arabia.
Working together with the head of the team for the region, you will lead on strategic growth planning, identifying opportunities to grow existing and new client relationships, oversee marketing and communications strategy and end-to-end events planning and support. You will work closely with other BD and Marketing team members in the region and globally to ensure alignment with client development goals across sector and practice groups.
Manager level experience in law firm
Experience with planning and implementation of business plans and budgets
Analytical, ability to evaluate client relationships and identify opportunities
Comfortable and confident to work with and influence partners
Strong communication skills, positive and diplomatic
Strong time management skills, experience working with tight deadlines
Organized, high level of attention to detail
Experience managing juniors
Proactive, initiative-taking and leadership skills
