About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Associate for the MENA region to manage and grow relationships with key technology partners, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft, ServiceNow, and others. This role combines sales expertise, solution-oriented thinking, and technical knowledge to nurture partnerships, co-develop strategies, and drive pipeline generation. The Partnership Lead will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and maximize impact in the region. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key technology partners in the MENA region, including AWS, GCP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other strategic partners.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies, identify joint opportunities, and align on mutual business goals.

Pipeline Generation: Drive the creation of a robust sales pipeline through partner-led opportunities, leveraging relationships to generate leads and close deals.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and content that support partnership goals and amplify sales efforts.

Solution Development: Utilize technical and solution-oriented skills to propose and co-create innovative solutions that address customer needs and align with partner capabilities.

Market Insights: Stay informed on MENA market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies and positioning.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, including pipeline growth, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.

Event Representation: Represent the company at regional industry events, partner summits, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and relationships.

Qualifications:-

Experience:

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the technology sector.

Proven track record of managing relationships with major tech partners (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft, ServiceNow).

Experience in pipeline generation and driving measurable business outcomes.

Skills:

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.

Solution-oriented mindset with experience in crafting technical solutions for customers.

Technical proficiency in cloud platforms, SaaS, or enterprise software (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

This job can be filled in Riyadh or Dubai onsite.
