Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer professional to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a dynamic team determining methods and solutions for complex engineering and infrastructure works.

What You'll Be Doing

• Determining methods and solutions for complex engineering and infrastructure and design problems/issues.
• Ensures compliance of designs with all applicable codes, regulations, sustainability and meeting any KPIs.
• Identify and address issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle
• Prepares material/equipment specifications and purchase requisitions; reviews supplier data; witnesses shop tests, assists with assessing supplier manufacturing capabilities.
• Conducts surveys, studies, and site investigations.

• Lead other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• Minimum of 10+ years post graduate related field engineering experience in large infrastructure, mixed-use development or building projects.
• Infrastructure experience with ability to review designs and make valid improvement suggestions/recommendations in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined and multicultural environment and to demanding deadlines.
