Lenovo is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager. You will play a pivotal role in capitalizing on the recent strategic partnership between Lenovo and Cisco. This collaboration aims to integrate Cisco's networking and security solutions with Lenovo’s hardware, cloud, and edge infrastructure. You will lead efforts to expand market penetration, identify new business opportunities, and support the successful launch and growth of these joint offerings in your region.Working closely with Lenovo and Cisco stakeholders, you will develop regional go-to-market strategies, create targeted sales approaches, and ensure seamless execution to drive revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker with experience in B2B technology sales, networking, cloud, and data center infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement regional business development plan that aligns with Lenovo Cisco Solutions and goals.
- Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development, account targeting, and lead generation for Lenovo Cisco Solutions.
- Collaborate with Lenovo /Cisco sales teams to position joint solutions effectively identify, and close high-value deals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Lenovo Cisco Solutions in the region, coordinating cross-functional (sales, marketing, technical) efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients, showcasing the unique benefits and ROI of Lenovo Cisco solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and partner sales teams to build solution knowledge and confidence.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional growth, including revenue targets, market share, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales, or business development role in the technology industry. Experience of working with Cisco.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated experience with B2B technology sales, ideally within networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and partnerships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Lenovo and/or Cisco product lines is a plus.
