By analyzing real-time financial transactions and behavioral data, we provide faster approvals, flexible terms, and affordable credit, helping more people access the financing they need.
RoleWe're currently hiring for a Chief Operations Officer. In this role, you'll lead Finance, Accounting, HR, Collections, and Customer Care. You'll also drive execution, controls, and performance and ensure full alignment with SAMA regelations and support the CEO on strategy and operational scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Finance / Accounting, HR, Collections, Customer Care.
• Build annual operating plans and monthly performance targets.
• Set clear financial controls, reconciliation routines, and reporting standards.
• Strengthen accounting accuracy, closing discipline, and compliance with SAMA guidelines.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and cost management.
• Improve HR hiring, onboarding, compensation, and performance systems.
• Drive collections strategy, workflow automation, agency management, and portfolio health.
• Raise customer care quality, SLAs, and resolution times.
• Embed digital tools in all functions to speed processes and reduce manual work.
• Lead adoption of dashboards, workflow systems, and automated reporting.
• Manage vendors, outsourcing partners, and core system providers.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and board reporting.
• Coordinate closely with credit, product, technology, and compliance.
Experience
• 10 to 15 years in consumer or micro-finance in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep Finance and Accounting background.
• Experience leading multiple functions, Finance, HR, Collections, Customer Care.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and NBFI operations.
• Proven record in scaling operations using digital tools.
• Experience in fast-paced early stage environments.

• Strong financial analysis and accounting control.

• Strong process discipline.
• Good digital understanding to improve workflows, reporting, and customer journeys.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
