Monitor governance performance metrics and reporting
What We're Looking For
Advanced degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of senior governance or compliance experience
Deep knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional certifications in governance or risk management
