Capital Raising & Investor Relations

  • Lead equity fundraising efforts with institutional investors (VC, PE, SWFs)
  • Develop compelling investor materials and manage end-to-end fundraising processes
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current and potential investors


IPO Readiness & Public Market Strategy

  • Drive IPO strategy and execution, targeting listing on Tadawul (Main Market) or Nomu
  • Oversee all aspects of IPO preparation including regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and governance readiness
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, and investment banks throughout the listing process


Financial Planning, Control & Optimization

  • Establish robust financial controls, reporting systems, and budgeting frameworks
  • Optimize cost structures and implement financial discipline across departments
  • Oversee cash flow management, scenario planning, and working capital efficiency


Finance Team Leadership

  • Build and scale a high-performing finance function to support business growth and compliance
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to finance, accounting, and legal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and product teams


Regulatory & Market Expertise

  • Ensure compliance with ZATCA and other Saudi regulatory bodies
  • Stay abreast of local financial, legal, and tax developments relevant to the business
  • Act as the financial steward in board and executive meetings, representing KSA market realities


Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in securing equity funding from institutional investors
  • Experience with investor pitching, financial modeling, and due diligence coordination
  • Track record of leading or supporting IPOs, ideally on Tadawul or Nomu
  • Strong familiarity with CMA regulations, public disclosures, and listing protocols
  • Proficient in setting up ERP systems, reporting tools, and internal financial policies
  • Experience driving cost-efficiency initiatives and financial restructuring in dynamic environments
  • Prior experience building and managing finance teams in fast-growing companies
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory and financial ecosystem
  • Previous experience operating within or advising companies in the Kingdom is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential
